BEST OF THE BEST AWARDS
Winning BEST OF SHOW at Pebble Beach, Cavallino, Cartier Style et Luxe or Amelia Island are only steps on the ladder to winning the LOUIS VITTON CLASSIC AWARD or the PENINSULA CLASSIC BEST OF THE BEST AWARD. Starting in 2005 the prestigeous LOUIS VITTON CLASSIC AWARD was presented to only one BEST of the BEST OF SHOW winners from 6 of the top INTERNATIONAL CONCOURS. In 2013 the chairman of Louis Vitton died and the award was suspended until 2016 when chairman of the Peninsula hotels picked up the sponsorship for the award naming it the PENINSULA CLASSIC BEST OF THE BEST AWARD. Rules for entering into these top shows often prohibit these top winning cars from ever competing with each other in the same year so picking a Best of the Best for that year would be difficult.
